OUR STORY

Charo & Roberto are a true definition of the "American Dream". They both immigrated to the United States from the Dominican Republic in the late 1970's and worked extremely hard through several jobs until they were able to save enough to open up their first small restaurant in 1989.  They have now opened several locations and have been consistently serving the Queens community for over 30 years.  They have been able to raise 5 children, all of which worked in the restaurants while growing up.  They are proud, contributing citizens and an example for the community that the "American Dream" is alive and well and that anything is possible through commitment, hard work and taking great care of your customers.

Charo & Roberto son una verdadera definición del "sueño americano". Ambos emigraron a los Estados Unidos desde la República Dominicana a finales de la década de 1970 y trabajaron muy duro en varios trabajos hasta que pudieron ahorrar lo suficiente para abrir su primer restaurante pequeño en 1989. Ahora han abierto varios lugares y han estado sirviendo consistentemente la comunidad de Queens por más de 30 años. Han podido criar a 5 hijos, todos los cuales trabajaron en los restaurantes mientras crecían. Son ciudadanos orgullosos, contribuyentes y un ejemplo para la comunidad de que el "sueño americano" está vivo y bien y que todo es posible a través del compromiso, el trabajo duro y el gran cuidado de sus clientes.
